Our MustKetch Beer Cheese Sauce is the perfect appetizer for all your fall festivities- including football season. Plus, it’s easy to make and a total crowd-pleaser!
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese softened
- 1 (8 oz) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz) package shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs MustKetch Smoke
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 (12 oz) bottle beer
- Begin by heating a medium-sized saucepan on low/ medium heat.
- Combine all ingredients, whisking regularly until cheese is hot and melty.
- Be careful to not to get saucepan too hot or your cheese may bubble up.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, fresh pretzels, or biscuits- our favorite!
