Need a dish for brunch? Treat yourself to this delicious, veggie-filled quiche with a zesty MustKetch kick. We added bacon to ours, but you can leave bacon out for a vegetarian friendly dish- or add extra meat if you’re more of a carnivore.
Ingredients:

8 eegs

1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

3 Cups of Spinach

1 Cup of Mushrooms

1/2 lb of Bacon

1/2 Cup Chopped White Onion

3 Tbs. Zesty Mustketch
-
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream (or Whole Milk)

1 Package Pie Crust

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine eggs in large bowl, beat together with whipping cream

Combine spinach, mushrooms, chopped onion, cooked bacon, Zesty Mustketch and salt and pepper

Set pie crust into glass pie dish

Pour egg and veggie mixture into pie crust

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of quiche before baking

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until egg is firm in center
