MustKetch isn’t just for hot dogs and hamburgers! We mixed MustKetch with sour cream for a baked potato topping that was out of this world good. Try it for yourself and let us know what you think!
Ingredients:

· 1 Medium Potato

· 1 Tbsp Sour Cream

· 1/2 Tbsp MustKetch

· 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Tsp Olive Oil

1/2 Tsp Salt

2 Tsp Butter
-
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper

1 Bunch of Green Onions

1/8 Cup Crumbled Bacon (or Vegetarian Bacon)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

Thoroughly scrub the potato, then pierce the skin several times with a knife or fork.

Rub the skin with olive oil and then salt.

Place the potato in the oven and bake for 90 minutes, or until slightly soft and golden brown.

While the potato bakes, fry the bacon in a pan. Cool and then crumble. Set aside.

Mix sour cream and MustKetch together. Set aside.

Chop the green onion into small pieces. Set aside.

Once baked, slice the potato down the center and serve with butter and black pepper. Top with MustKetch sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and crumbled bacon. Enjoy!
